Jed Spera, CMCA, AMS, CAM

Co-Owner | Chief Executive Officer
Jed Spera has over 20 years of residential housing experience, including conventional property management, community management, affordable housing management, student housing and residential appraisal. Jed has managed several communities within Oregon, Washington, and Colorado, from small duplexes, to HOA communities of over 700.​Jed received his Bachelor’s Degree in English from Colorado State University, and holds a Master’s Degree in English from Portland State University, a Master’s Degree in Accounting from University of Oregon, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University. Jed served for six years as his HOA President, as well as serving on the Board of Oregon Gymnastics Academy from 2011-2013. ​Jed is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI). Jed served on the Oregon Chapter of CAI Board from 2011-2017, serving as its President in 2016, and its Treasurer from 2012-2014, and 2017. Jed is also a member of the National Apartment Association, and its local chapter, Multifamily Northwest. Jed holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation and the Certified Apartment Designation (CAM), and is a licensed property manager in the state of Oregon.

Sara Spera

Co-Owner | Chief Operating Officer
Sara Spera spent her early career in property management in both Colorado and Oregon as a Manager and Leasing Consultant from 1996-2007. She has spent the past ten years in education and health services and is excited to move back to property management at Shamrock Community & Property Management. ​In addition to her experience in property management and education, Sara served as her homeowner’s association President from 2008-2014, as well as volunteering for various committees at the Oregon Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI). Sara received her Bachelors Degree from Colorado State University in Environmental Health. 

Cherina Oamilda

Community Manager
Cherina Oamilda is originally from Hawaii and made the move to Oregon in 2019. She brings with her 9 years of HOA management experience and has been involved in all aspects of Community Management extending from Compliance, Architectural, Site and Facilities Management, and Community Management. Cherina has managed communities ranging from small condos to master planned resort communities. On her off time, she enjoys cooking for her family and exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Corinne Shea

Community Manager
Corinne received her Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2008. Before joining Shamrock Community Management Corinne spent 8 years as a dental assistant in a small private practice. Working in dentistry helped Corinne develop an eye for detail while also developing cherished personal relationships with her patients. Corinne has also worked in customer service and worked closely with supervisors of the 2010 Census in Denver Colorado. She is excited to bring her skills and knowledge to the Shamrock Community and Property Management team.
